The focus of my career has always been on how Operations supports the needs of the business. 

As an auditor, I worked with clients in various industries: retail, manufacturing, high-tech, telecom, non-profit, forest products, food & beverage, and healthcare. I focused on how the language of accounting and differences in Operations practices better support specific industries. 

Working at a large bank overseeing the consolidation of the Operations units gave me perspective on how operational functions contribute in different ways. Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, IT, and Finance all drive results in their own way and support efficiencies in the business. Understanding how to gain better visibility allows you to unlock the power to make proactive choices that drive business results rather than reacting to the need of the moment.

From that foundation, I leveraged that knowledge's power to help lead global agencies' success within the professional service industry to create value, achieve growth, and improve profitability. As part of leadership teams, I ensured the correct data fed the strategic insights to know how to change the trends where needed. This allowed for more efficient revenue growth and understanding of the underlying metrics to ensure that growth delivered profit.
